Primary school of Chinese Division combines the excellent traditional Chinese curriculum with the world's advanced education approaches, and cultivates students' all-round development.

The primary school of the Chinese Division embraces the “He Rong culture”, which combines inquiry-based teaching, student-centered approach and collaborative lesson planning to deliver instructions. The classroom instructions are rich in content and varieties.

Middle School of Chinese Division adheres to the philosophy of “inclusiveness, integration and innovation, and scientific approach to education". The middle school welcomes student with diverse backgrounds and provide high-quality education to all. The Middle School has implemented small-class teaching throughout the course, created a strong international cultural atmosphere, explored the complementary advantages of Chinese and western education to drive student success.

To better meet the characteristics and needs of different students, the Middle School has set up IEP experimental classes, general high-quality classes and Sino-American Elite Program.

The IB Programs of our Integrated Programs (PYP), adhering to the IB philosophy that values innovative breakthroughs and keeping pace with the modern practices, is committed to providing high-quality international education. The program effectively combines the IB guide on written curriculum, teaching curriculum and assessment curriculum with Chinese national content standards. We embrace the core of inquiry-based study and the approach of building a learning community. CMIS PYP integrates the PYP-based “12 Attitudes” and “10 IB Learner Profiles” into our subject content, in order to cultivate our students to be outstanding Chinese citizens with a global mindset, and global citizens with Chinese awareness.
