Date: 2012-09-26

On September 24, 2012, Mr. Eugene Gabay, Associate Director of Admissions and Coordinator of International Admissions of Lafayette College, was invited to the auditorium of Meishi International Programs to give a presentation about university application to Lafayette College. Grade 9-12 students as well as high school year heads and tutors were present. Mr. Gabay talked about Lafayette College as well as studying and living environment there, from which our students learnt a lot. Some interested students asked lots of questions and Mr. Gabay gave his answers in a professional way.

P.S. Lafayette College is a private coeducational liberal arts and engineering college located in Easton, Pennsylvania, USA. The school, founded in 1826 by James Madison Porter, son of General Andrew Porter of Norristown and citizens of Easton, first began holding classes in 1832. The founders voted to name the school after General Lafayette, who famously toured the country in 1824–25, as "a testimony of respect for [his] talents, virtues, and signal services...the great cause of freedom".
